Nurture your Core & Restore your Confidence - Pelvic Floor exercise group for women

Pregnancy and childbirth bring incredible changes to your body, especially to your pelvic floor. Regaining strength, reconnecting with your core, and rebuilding confidence takes time, care, and the right kind of guidance.
This class is designed for women at any stage after pregnancy who want to gently restore pelvic floor function, improve core stability, and cultivate body awareness. Through calm, mindful, and varied exercises with a main focus on the pelvic floor, you’ll learn to strengthen from within; helping you move, feel, and live with more ease and confidence every day.
Please bring a towel, anti-slip socks, comfortable clothes and a warm sweater (depending on the season)
